2009 December · Bob Blackman and Bob Samson Appointed to nfrastructure Board

Clifton Park, New York, December 16, 2009 – nfrastructure technologies announced today that Bob Blackman, vice president of Realty USA, and Bob Samson, former vice president of worldwide systems sales for IBM, have been appointed to the company’s board of directors.

“I’m tremendously pleased that nfrastructure was able to attract the character, energy, experience and expertise of Bob Blackman and Bob Samson,” said Dan Pickett, nfrastructure’s chairman and CEO. “It is a clear indication that our team’s hard work and impressive accomplishments has positioned us for significant growth in the near future.”

“As the founder of a successful private company, business development executive for the largest independent real estate company in New York State and a person that gives back considerably to our community, I look forward to Bob Blackman’s active involvement in further developing our company culture and customer relationships,” said Pickett.

“Having walked the halls and spoken to many employees multiple times now and learning how mutually respectful nfrastructure’s relationships are with its customers, I truly believe the company is on the verge of doing something very special and unique in Tech Valley,” Blackman added. “Earning the satisfaction of many of the world’s leading brands through vision, execution and results is a recipe for significant further success, and I look forward to doing my part to make it a reality.”

“As a 35-year veteran of IBM with assignments including GM of IBM’s global public sector business and Vice President of worldwide system sales, Bob Samson’s leadership and vision will be a tremendous asset to nfrastructure and its customers,” Pickett said. “Bob has proven his ability to create and inspire sales teams to produce breakthrough results and his knowledge and vision for the role technology will play in helping businesses and governments operate smarter is second to none. I look forward to the level of energy and motivation Bob will bring our company.”

“nfrastructure has a tremendous wealth of talent and an impeccable reputation inside many of the world’s largest technology companies. I witnessed this at IBM, and it was further evidenced earlier this year when nfrastructure was ranked IBM’s #1 network services supplier,” said Samson. “I continue to be very bullish on Tech Valley as well as the increasing role technology and nfrastructure will play in Fortune 1000 business plans.”
