Albany, New York, August 5, 2009 – nfrastructure announced today an agreement with a major public sector customer to support its proposal to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) for funding through its Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP). Under the terms of the agreement, nfrastructure will work with a team of individuals to develop New York State’s proposal in response to the Notice of Fund Availability (NOFA). Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical input for the grant applications
• Writing portions of the grant applications
• Conducting quality assurance reviews of all documents
• Providing project management services for the preparation of the proposals
• Preparing project budgets for inclusion in the grant application
