Clifton Park, New York, September 21, 2010 - nfrastructure today announced that it has hired certified public accountant, Michelle A. Rosen, as chief financial officer. Rosen will oversee all financial activities at nfrastructure including financial reporting, auditing and controls.

Ms. Rosen, of Brunswick, NY, brings more than 15 years of professional experience to nfrastructure, most recently working for Manna Certified Public Accountants.

“The opportunity to join an innovative company with a tremendous capacity for growth is truly unique,” said Rosen. “I am looking forward to developing and fine tuning processes and procedures to provide timely and accurate financial information to assist nfrastructure’s executive team in the daily management and future plans for the company.”   

In the coming months, nfrastructure will relocate its research and development and workforce education operations from its Clifton Park headquarters to a new, 6,600 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility located in the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park® (STEP) in Malta. STEP is owned and operated by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).

Ms. Rosen holds her B.S. in accounting from Siena College and is actively involved in the community as head coach of the Brunswick Bulldog Junior cheerleading squad, a religious education instructor for Our Lady of Victory Church in Troy and is a certified group fitness instructor.
