2010 December · nfrastructure Continues to Innovate with Opening of New R&D Center at NYSERDA`S Saratoga Technology + Energy Park
Clifton Park, New York, December 9, 2010 - nfrastructure has broadened its commitment to helping businesses work more efficiently and effectively with the addition of its new research and development and workforce education training center now located in a 6,600 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park®(STEP®) in Malta. STEP is owned and operated by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). nfrastructure relocated nearly twenty-five of its R&D, workforce education, and other technology staff to the 107 Hermes Road location from its company headquarters in Clifton Park. An invitation-only, grand opening celebration was held Tuesday night at the new facility with more than 150 guests in attendance.
“This new space will allow our team, comprised of highly-skilled and talented consultants and engineers, the opportunity to design, build, and operate advanced information technology systems that will help both private and public enterprises look to the future with solutions in the areas of data center, virtualization, storage consolidation, power management and telepresence,” said Daniel T. Pickett, nfrastructure chairman and CEO. “We are proud to be among a collaborative group of people and companies dedicated to reducing the technological environmental footprint.”
