2011 June · nfrastructure Names New CFO to Executive Team

Malta, New York, June 8, 2011 - nfrastructure, a technology solutions company that helps large enterprises design, build and operate mission critical technology infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Charles J. Kavanaugh, CPA, to the position of chief financial officer (CFO). Michelle Rosen, who has served as CFO of nfrastructure since September 2010, will assume the role of corporate controller, a newly created position.

The addition of Kavanaugh comes as nfrastructure closed out 2010 with record revenues. As CFO, Kavanaugh will oversee nfrastructure's financial growth as the company continues to expand and further demonstrate its long-term growth plans.

"Chuck has a strong track record of helping to achieve and effectively manage financial growth for large corporations, and his experience will help to ensure we continue to expand our business aggressively and intelligently," said Daniel T. Pickett, nfrastructure chairman and CEO.

Prior to joining nfrastructure, Kavanaugh served as managing partner of KPMG LLP’s Albany, New York, office since 1996, with responsibility for more than 130 staff.  Kavanaugh’s experience includes U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), quality assurance, private and public financings, and Security Exchange Commission (SEC) filings and regulations.

"nfrastructure is at a very exciting stage in its lifecycle and is positioning for financial growth on a larger scale. The company has a unique and durable value proposition in a rapidly expanding global market,” said Kavanaugh. “We plan to leverage this to sustain profitable growth."

Kavanaugh also served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He earned his B.B.A. degree in accounting from Siena College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
