Project Management Methodology that nfrastructure uses in governing our engagements. This process is based upon years of experience combined with the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Body of Knowledge. All project plan elements (communication, risk, deliverables, issue management, etc.) are derived from this experience and methodology.
