Overview
nfrastructure's Print Services enhances traditional print services such as procurement, installation and maintenance by automating the lifecycle of print management by integrating print management tools into customer and nfrastructure systems. Consumables, preventive maintenance, and incidents can all be managed proactively.
nfrastructure is a designated Warranty Service Provider for several top-name print manufacturers, and has staged and configured tens of thousands of print devices over time. nfrastructure's Staging and Configuration Center and Field Technician Services are leveraged by customers for planned and remedial services including installing accessories, configuring IP addresses, network connection, and testing.
nfrastructure also provides proactive printer and plotter management support using print manufacturer’s software tools to monitor and manage the printer and plotter toner levels. nfrastructure configures the printer software tool to provide monitoring capability and integrate these message alerts directly to customers’ and/or nfrastructure’s service management suite. Upon receiving an electronic alert or message to act on a low toner situation, nfrastructure can initiate an order for print supplies in the customers’ or nfrastructure procurement system.
